Host your next corporate event, networking mixer, birthday celebration, rehearsal dinner, retirement party, or other special occasion at The Archives Underground Libations.
Private events include exclusive use of the venue during your reserved event time, our award-winning craft cocktail program, and access to the full Colorado Craft Social food menu.
Private Event Pricing
Sunday–Thursday
Pricing applies to events of up to 50 guests. Events with 51–75 guests require a higher minimum.
Partial Buyout | 5:00–7:00 PM
$1,000 food and beverage minimum
Full Buyout | Open–Close
$2,000 food and beverage minimum
Plus 22% gratuity and applicable sales taxes and fees.
Friday & Saturday
Pricing applies to events of up to 75 guests.
Partial Buyout | 5:00–7:00 PM
$2,500 food and beverage minimum
Full Buyout | Open–Close
$5,000 food and beverage minimum
Plus 25% gratuity and applicable sales taxes and fees.

Booking Policies
A 20% deposit, paid by purchasing a digital gift card, is required to reserve your event. The deposit is fully refundable if the event is canceled within 30 days of the booking date. After that 30-day period, the deposit is non-refundable; however, the digital gift card will retain its value and may be used toward a future purchase.
Happy hour pricing and discounts are not available during private events.
A 2% Business Improvement Fee will be added to all checks. This fee supports ongoing investments in our facility, equipment, technology, and overall guest experience.
If the required minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be added to the final bill.
Larger events, additional staffing, or special accommodations may require a custom quote and additional charges.
Holiday weekends, special events, and non-standard reservation times may require custom pricing.
