2 Dashes Orange Bitters
3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Bourbon
Build in mixing glass.
Stir and strain into rocks glass over large ice cube.
Garnish with orange peel and cherry.

Tom Collins
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
3/4
oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz Gin
2 oz Soda Water
Shake first 3 ingredients and strain into chilled collins glass. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon wedge and cherry.

Daiquiri
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz White Rum
Shake and strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with lime wheel.

Moscow Mule
1 Dash Aromatic Bitters
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3 oz Ginger Beer
Build in copper mug. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

Sazerac
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
3 Dashes Creole Bitters
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz Bonded Rye Whiskey
Stir and strain into absinthe rinsed rocks glass.
Garnish with expressed lemon peel.

Gimlet
1 oz Lime Cordial
2 oz Gin
Shake and strain into chilled coupe.
Garnish with squeezed lime wedge.

Sidecar
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz Bonded Brandy
Shake and strain into sugar rimmed coupe glass.

Margarita
1/4 oz Agave Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Blanco Tequila
Shake and strain into chilled coupe glass.
Salt or sugar rim optional.
Garnish with lime wedge.

Whiskey Sour
1 Egg White
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz Benchmark Bourbon
Dry shake then fill with ice and shake again. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with six drops of aromatic bitters.

Negroni
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Bitter Aperitif
3/4 oz Gin
Build in mixing glass. Stir and strain into rocks glass over large ice cube. Garnish with expressed orange peel.
